Further to my previous comment wrt rifampicin, the link from the wikipedia page on rifampicin (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rifampicin) goes to this record http://www.chemspider.com/Chemical-Structure.4529237 which is a horrific structure, doesn't come up under a search for rifampicin and is missing most of the available data on the compound.
