Posted Comments:	This name looks crazy! We have it in our database as Clarithromycin or 6-O-Methylerythromycin, C38H69NO13, CAS Nr 81103-11-9 and PubChem ID CID:84029. Is this a duplicate record 10342604? http://www.chemspider.com/Chemical-Structure.10342604.html - but this didn't come up when I did the InChI Key search (stereochemistry is different; 10 stereocentres vs 18 defined).

Verdict:	Thank you for your feedback. Since this record has incomplete stereochemistry, it wouldn't be correct to call it Clarithromycin. I believe this record was created in error and should have been the structure depicted in record 10342604, so I've gone ahead and deprecated this record.
