This just has to be wrong. 4-hydroxypiperitone is a flavour & fragrance molecule used under the CASRN 41853-05-8 which has the definition trans-(+/-)-4-hydroxy-3-methyl-6-(1-methylethyl)-2-cyclohexen-1-one, which brings it close to 492900 where one of the synonyms mentions trans- !!
