The InChI for this record reflects the presence of this isotope, and the compound (complete with Carbon-11) is supported by the data sources, so I don't think there's anything wrong with the record. You don't encounter Carbon-11 often because it is short-lived, but compounds labeled with this isotope are used as radiotracers in medicine - see this article for more info: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20388115
