Auslogics Disk Defrag is pretty fast and slick - http://www.auslogics.com/disk-defrag/

I&#039;d also check out CCleaner, if I didn&#039;t already mention that elsewhere, it&#039;s a very fast way of freeing up loads more disk space and getting rid of orphaned registry entries, uninstallers, links etc.
