A new blog has been set up, ChemSpider News, to allow us to interact with the ChemSpider user community. The blog you are reading will continue to be in the present vein of ChemSpider vision and politics, related science and about how the system works. ChemSpider News will be more about posting information about the nitty-gritty of changes to the functions and capabilities, operating environment and questions for the users to help provide guidance about how they would like to see ChemSpider work. This will even be down to the level of how users want to see a particular function enabled as well as testing features at the alpha and beta release stages. Once in a while there will be a post at the ChemSpider News site that I will reference on this blog due to its connection to some other blog post listed here. We welcome you to subscribe to both but emphasize that ChemSpider News is to enable us to interact with our users.

Thanx for keeping the News feed separate from this channel. I think this makes perfect sense.
