We continue to work on enhancing the identifiers associated with chemical structures on ChemSpider. Three enhancements made over the weekend are detailed on the ChemSpider News page.
Systematic Names Available Again on ChemSpider
Systematic nomenclature is back on ChemSpider courtesy of OpenEye’s Lexichem
Common Names are now available on ChemSpider
Common Names are now highlighted for records on the database
Adding Identifiers to Existing Records
It is now possible to add new identifiers, systematic names, reg numbers etc to each structure on the database
