By the time this blog post shows up in most inboxes the Leadscope dataset of over 150,000 structures will have deposited onto the ChemSpider database. From their data source page on ChemSpider:

Leadscope develops and markets a chemoinformatics application that provides seamless access to research data. It incorporates chemically based data mining, visualization and advanced informatics techniques (prediction tools, scaffold generators, etc.). The platform, coupled with our content databases, provides a comprehensive in silico discovery solution.

There are many unique structures in the collection (example here) and these link through to the Leadscope website as shown here and information about their commercial databases (example). We’re happy to welcome Leadscope to our family of depositors and look forward to helping ChemSpider users learn about their databases.
