Platinum Coils in the Brain and Where Was ChemSpiderman?

I have had a number of people asking me where I was for the past 3 weeks and why the blog was so quiet. So, I thought I’d explain…however, it’s not really about ChemSpider so I posted the story over at my other blog, ChemConnectors’ Chemunicating. The short story is some platinum wires had to be fed through the femoral artery and into the brain. That’s a picture of it to the left. Would I lie to you? Read here for more info.
