Cameron..thanks for the support. I am very comfortable with our progress. What we are doing is not easy. The system might be easy to use but there is a lot going on behind the scenes to have it work. If people look around our domain right now at other databases online serving up just even a few tens of thousands of molecules you will find dedicated teams of people, full-time employees, funded through significant grants in general and with long timelines for development. We have done well with limited resources and we are more than comfortable with where we are. Yes, we are squeezed in the middle of multiple parties and their opinions but onwards and upwards. We're not done yet...

Antony, I think this is a sign that you are doing the right thing in a difficult area and having to make pragmatic choices as you go along. You get flak on one side from the commercial operators who see you encroaching on their market. On the other side you are making enough progress that the people looking even further forward see you as a great example but are frustrated that we can't simply turn the clock forward another five years.

As we usually refer to student feedback on lectures. If half the class says you're going too fast and half the class says you're going to slow, you are probably doing all right.
