The Name and InChI are for a particular stereo-isomer form, but a lot of the names and synonyms are for the other form? Personally I would store this information at http://www.chemspider.com/Chemical-Structure.594.html and keep the stereo-isomers specific. Do you have a policy for this?
We work to ensure that all names, CAS numbers, EINECS numbers etc are consistent with the stereoisomer shown. This means that we will remove other names that are not consistent with the structure shown in most cases. I have cleaned this structure up but do not know what are the bad CAS numbers to remove.
