This record and http://www.chemspider.com/Chemical-Structure.9460579.html appear to be for the same drug compound, although the formula for this one has 2 extra Hs and is missing an O (suggesting a methylene instead of a carbonyl somewhere perhaps?).
I recommend this be checked and the relevant data transferred to the other entry and the incorrect one deprecated, or at least have the synonym danoprevir removed - the American Medical Association has the formula of record number 9460579 as the correct one here http://www.ama-assn.org/resources/doc/usan/danoprevir.pdf
