Thanks for the feedback. I agree that the sources are non-ideal a google search on that name returns a number of useful matches including http://www.ama-assn.org/resources/doc/usan/tofogliflozin.pdf - Which is the official notification produced by the USAN council, which indicates that the USAN was actually designated as referring to the monohydrate.
