Apr 3 2010 8:25AM Normal Fixed Tricky one. There is a perfectly respectable molecule called oleyl cytarabine. That's what all the names and references are for. But the official structure is the E isomer, not the Z isomer that it should be. I think that the structure, INCI etc. need to be changed, rather than having the names changed to represent this actual structure, which would be elaidyl cytarabine etc. OK, maybe a new molecule should be added, but I doubt that this one has ever existed, so it's probably best to change it.
