In reviewing our website I noted your structure of sucrose and noted an oddity. The diagram has two methy groups off the Fructofuranosyl group where it should only have one. The other methyl group should be located on the glucopyranoside group. Location should be C2 going clockwise.-CH3-OH
Hi, I'm afraid I don't understand your feedback - there are no methyl groups in this structure at all. This representation of sucrose is in agreement with a great number of other resources (just look at all of the different datasources listed in the Datasources infobox) |
