Jun 16 2009 5:35AM Normal Rejected Looking at the datasources many if not all the MMDB entries seem to actually proteins that are complexed with leucine or process leucine rather than explicitly about leucine itself, should they be associated with this entry or not? If so what are the critera for records form this data source to be associated with a compound?
The MMDB links to Leucine as a record is because the protein in the MMDB record has Leucine associated as a ligand. As an example, see leucine listed as a ligand here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Structure/mmdb/mmdbsrv.cgi?uid=28323
Jun 15 2009 6:36PM Normal Fixed removing incorrect ChEBI ids for charged species has resulted in the disappearance of the structure. Is this an error in the site, or is it an error I made?
You cannot delete the structure..no matter how hard you tried. THis may be a glitch in the refresh at your side. Try F5
