Thank you for your comment, ChemSpider aggregates data from many different resources, this means that the amount of data that we can present to users is variable depending on the information that is made available to us. We'd love to have much more measured data in the database: the great thing is we make it possible for everyone to contribute (and scrutinise) data, this means that with a little help from everyone we can create an amazingly rich resource. In the meantime, we also provide access to predicted physical property data which can be useful as a starting point when no measured properties are available.
