Spectra still not running on Chrome. Java problem, on firefox and ie works fine. Browser fresh versions.
Thank you for contacting us. Chrome uses a 32 bit version of Java, whilst Firefox and IE use a 64 bit version, so this means Chrome requires a separate installation of Java. If you are using Windows, you can find the correct Java version for Chrome here: http://java.com/en/download/chrome.jsp . If you are using Mac OSX, then unfortunately you will not be able to update your Java in Chrome as Mac OSX only supports 64 bit Java 7. Once you have updated your version of Java in Chrome, this should solve the problem you are having viewing spectra. |
