The many names used in many different contexts, are both very useful and also potentially problematic, we try to make as many valid name available as possible, and to use the different synonyms in our bespoke searches to make it easier to search and know that you are searching across as many synonyms as possible. Unfortunately in some cases (most notably pesticides) there are names that have more more common usages in other contexts. Based on this feedback we will look at ways to prevent such terms from distorting our results sets.
