Oct 9 2014 2:53PM	Normal	Acknowledged	The 2D picture of the open chain form of glucose is rather unhelpful. I noticed a a few sugars are displayed like this. Wouldn't the main carbon chain in a zig-zag be more useful? I can't imagine seeing the linear view in a paper I agree that the previous layout was a little clunky - I've tidied the structure. Thank you for your feedback.

You've likely seen my online blog plea for help with carbohydrates....over a dozen people have shown interest in helping.
