I guess this is still text only, not? Have you considered using Peter MRs OPSIN to make links to entries in ChemSpider? Assuming you have, why is this not done?

Oops >> sorry should have said that the completed indexes aren’t online yet (they will launch together) – so the old index is not yet updated. The ChemSpider entries will come online (I guess) simultaneously or shortly after the launch. I should find out about OPSIN but currently not part of the plans >> It will be text and substructure search in one interface when completed.

The feedback I have received on OPSIN to date is that it far under performs the commercial name to structure conversion tools. Since we have access to commercial name to structure tools with well qualified performance we will use those tools to do the conversion.
