Thank you for your feedback. It appears that (E)-7-methyl-1,6-dioxaspiro[4.5]decane can refer to either the (5S,7S)-stereoisomer or the (5R,7R)-stereoisomer, both of which can be found in ChemSpider. The (5S,7S)-isomer can be found here: http://www.chemspider.com/Chemical-Structure.136629.html and the (5R,7R)-isomer can be found here: http://www.chemspider.com/Chemical-Structure.9291433.html .
If you are looking for a racemic mixture of only these two stereoisomers and excluding the (5S,7R)- and (5R,7S)-stereoisomers, unfortunately we do not have a way of encoding this kind of relative stereochemistry. There is a record with undefined stereochemistry here: http://www.chemspider.com/Chemical-Structure.9291428.html .
